Beaumont House – Sutton, Oxfordshire
Sweetcroft Homes proposed a village development of 10 large impressive luxury homes, with exceptional gardens, fronting onto a ‘New village green’ which was formed especially for the development in the village of Sutton, Oxfordshire.
Infrastruct CS Ltd was appointed to undertake the drainage and highway design for the development, which used innovative sustainable drainage techniques (SuDS) to overcome the shallow water table of the site.
