Practice

Infrastruct CS Ltd was set up by two colleagues, who having enjoyed working successfully together bringing different qualities to design challenges, realised that their ambition was to develop a design consultancy that focused on providing a high quality design service with a personal approach to ensure continued performance.

Tim-TrotmanTim Trotman – M.Eng (Hons) C.Eng CWEM MCIWEM FIHE

Tim graduated from the University of Surrey with a Masters degree in 1998 after spending a year working for Babtie across Asia. Since then Tim has spent the last 13 years gaining valuable experience within the private sector working for different design consultancies and has been lead engineer for several multi-million pound regeneration schemes across the UK. Tim achieved Chartered Engineer status in 2009 and has since been accepted as a Chartered Water and Environmental Manager and a Fellow of the Institute of Highway Engineers.

His strengths lie in analysing sites and applying innovative design solutions to overcome challenges both on budget and to programme.

David-JefferyDavid Jeffery – F.I.H.I.E IEng

David has over 40 years experience in the industry; the early formative years in the public sector with local authority drainage and highways departments, then moving on into the private sector where his skills and commercial awareness built on the knowledge previously gained.

Always conscious of the need for continued professional development and keeping abreast of the latest IT technology, David believes his clients benefit hugely from his expertise in the industry.

Vision

Infrastruct CS Ltd pride themselves on being able to deliver a high quality, personal design service to provide civil engineering design solutions. Our highly experienced engineers have technical excellence in design for residential and commercial developments.

No matter what the size or the nature of the project, a Senior Engineer will personally oversee the client’s scheme. At every stage in the development process, we give our clients continued commitment and ensure the level of support required for success. We understand the importance of communication and have extensive experience in working independently and closely within a design team.

The key to a successful scheme is to identify and quantify potential risks early within the design process. This way clients have the necessary information to consider the implications and are advised on the recommended steps to remove or mitigate against the risk.

Our engineers have a breadth and depth of experience to ensure you receive the highest quality of service and will deliver cost-efficient, innovative, buildable designs on time, every time.
