Demolition of existing housing to provide estate regeneration of 248 residential units within five new buildings of between 2 – 9 storeys, undercroft parking, landscaping and open space.

The scheme required build over of a large diameter deep strategic sewer and divestment and diversion of numerous on site sewers along with public realm improvements.
