Bakers Piece is a development of 10 Housing Association properties on the site of a former residential care home. Before Soha Housing commenced planning the development Infrastruct CS Ltd was commissioned to review the site and report on any constraints. We then assisted Soha Housing with the proposals for the site and provided a Flood Risk Assessment and Sustainable Drainage Strategy to support the Planning Application. We were retained by the Design & Build Contractor, Feltham Construction, to complete the remaining civil engineering design.
