BLENHEIM PARK, LONDON

Infrastruct CS Ltd were commissioned to develop the civil engineering design associated with 94 new older person’s extra care (C3) units on the site of the former Ex-Servicemen’s Club for Willmott Dixon on Behalf of the London Borough of Hounslow. Infrastruct CS Ltd took the scheme from initial concept, supported the application through the planning process and developed the scheme during the technical design and construction phase. The development has recently been completed.
