CARE HOME, LONDON

Vic Johnson House is an existing Care Home in Bow, London which was partially demolished and rebuilt to establish new communal facilities as well as new improved apartments. Infrastruct CS Ltd were initially commissioned to investigate the feasibility of the site and compile a Flood Risk Assessment and Drainage Strategy to assist with the planning application. Once planning permission was granted, Infrastruct CS Ltd was contacted by the contractor to complete the detailed drainage and levels design of the scheme in conjunction with the Design Team using BIM Level 2 technology. The development is currently under construction.
