Clapcot Way is a development of 10 Housing Association properties on the site of a former Youth Club. Before Soha Housing acquired the site Infrastruct CS Ltd was commissioned to review the site and report on any constraints. We then assisted Soha Housing with the proposals for the site and provided a Flood Risk Assessment and Sustainable Drainage Strategy to support the Planning Application. Prior to the scheme going to tender we designed the adoptable drainage & highway works and prepared a Section 104 & S278 submission. We were retained by the Design & Build Contractor, Feltham Construction, to complete the remaining civil engineering design.
