FERNLEIGH ‘BUTTERCROSS’ CARE HOME

Fernleigh Care Facility, originally known as ‘Buttercross’, is a development of 80 luxurious, spacious and well-appointed extra care apartments for Greensquare Homes on a brownfield site in Witney, Oxfordshire.

Included in the development is a fully equipped kitchen, hairdressers, lounge and cinema room, as well as staff and consultation facilities.

Infrastruct CS Ltd delivered the civil and structural design for this development, which included a complex, traditional build, along with foul pumping station and sustainable drainage (SuDS) externals, to deal with the volume and quantity of Surface water run-off resulting from the building.
