FLOOD RISK
Flood Risk Assessments (FRAs) are required by most planning authorities when they consider applications for new developments. The FRA assesses the risk of flooding to a new development and also the potential of the site to cause flooding.
Even if planning submissions do not require a full FRA, a drainage statement (a ‘reduced’ FRA) increases the chance of an application being successful. The drainage statement lets the planning authority know that the scheme has been thoroughly assessed.
Infrastruct CS Ltd can provide a FRA or drainage statement to support your planning application which conforms to the recommendations in The National Planning Policy Framework.
