Infrastruct CS Ltd worked with Jonathan Lees Architects to provide the Civil engineering and SuDS design for the renovation and sympathetic modernisation of an architecturally important dwelling in South Oxfordshire. The site was constrained by its remote nature and clay soils, requiring innovative foul and surface water drainage solutions.
