ST GEORGES HOUSE, CHELTENHAM

Infrastruct CS Ltd were commissioned in association with Engineers HRW in the Civil engineering design of a new 48 apartment complex in the centre of Cheltenham.

The project started as a conversion, refurbishment and extension to an existing office building, which was situated within 2 pairs of Grade II listed Georgian Villas, that had been originally converted to one office space in the 1970’s.

Due to the constraints of the existing structure and a desire to include an additional basement level for more parking, plus on-site Hydrotherapy Spa facilities, the design was complex but sympathetic to the history and status of the building.
