Veterinary Practice at Greenham Business Park

Infrastruct CS have completed several buildings at Greenham Business Park on the former site of RAF Greenham Common, Berkshire. The last one, a Vet surgery with associated car park, a design and build project with Francis Construction.

Infrastruct CS designed the levels, surface finishes and kerbs, as well as both foul and surface water drainage. Due to nature of vet’s practice operations, steps were taken to ensure there is no risk posed by contaminated water. Runoff was dealt with using SuDS, with zero runoff leaving the site.

Completed in February 2024, the building achieved a BREEAM ‘Very Good’ rating.
