HAILEY ROAD, WITNEY A development of 7 new homes, set in their own private close, in Witney, Oxfordshire with gardens and private parking. The site required a Private Street Agreement (PSA) with Oxfordshire County Council and provides a full SuDS scheme for the discharge of surface waters.

BASSETT ROAD, NORTHLEACH A bespoke development of 40, 3 and 4 bedroom dwellings for M F Freeman set on the eastern fringe of Northleach. The development uses a variety of sustainable drainage features (SuDS) to ensure the development does not impact on its greenfield location.

MILL LANE, LEA

MILL LANE, LEA A development of 29 dwellings for Bell Homes, on a steeply sloping site. The village of Lea has a history of surface water flooding in storm events, so on site management of surface water was critical along with engagement with the local community and water authority regarding off site improvement works.
